It's my first time to visit Sibu, a small city at east part of Sarawak. I heard before that Sibu has many nice food cause Foo-chow people is good in cooking. After the day time occassion, my colleagues has planned a special dinner for me. It's located at Jalan Pahlawan, everyone in Sibu knows about it and ever night is fulled of hungry fellas.
Hong Fu Seafood RestaurantThe special dish is very non-halal.
'Jar-Zhu-Shau' (Deep fried trotter)
Besides, Sibu is famous for seafood, and Sarawak has good spice-black pepper.
Black pepper crab We have a nice dinner. I'm fulled and feels abit guilty. It's very oily food that i shouldn't take much. Wonder need to exercise how long to cover it. So, we decides to walk back to our hotel. At last, we took a cab :@
If you plan to come Sibu, make sure you book the hotel. If not...
